1. General information
NOHR STORE SRL delivers the products sold on the nohr.store website exclusively on the territory of Romania and Europe through partner courier companies.
2. Delivery methods
Delivery is made by courier - to the locker or to the address.
3. Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days from order confirmation. The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen and your location.
During busy periods (promotional campaigns, holidays), the delivery time may be extended, in which case the Customer will be informed.
4. Delivery cost
The delivery cost is displayed before the order is completed and is borne by the Customer, unless otherwise specified (promotions).
5. Parcel reception
The customer is asked to check the package upon receipt. Any visible damage must be reported to the courier and communicated to the Seller as soon as possible.
6. Liability
NOHR STORE SRL is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, adverse weather conditions or other situations beyond its control.
RETURN POLICY
1. Right of withdrawal
According to GEO No. 34/2014 , the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must:

not show signs of wear or damage

be returned in the original packaging
3. Return procedure
To initiate the return, the Customer must send an email to contact@nohr.store , which should contain:

full name

reason for return
The customer will receive instructions on how to return the product.
4. Return costs
Return costs are borne by the Customer, except in cases where:

the product is defective

the delivered product does not match the order
5. Refund of the value of the products
The refund is made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for purchase.
6. Products that cannot be returned
For health protection and hygiene reasons, products worn or damaged by the Customer cannot be returned.
